MY FRIEND WIFE SIGNED MOU WITH ME AND TAKEN A CASH LOAN FOR HER COMPANY BY GIVING PDC ,WHEN SHE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY I FILLED 138 NI ACT CASE AGAINST HER ,NOW SHE CAME WITH REVESION CHALANGING THAT HER COMPANY WAS STRIKE OFF BY MCA BEFORE MOU AND SHE NOT SIGNED ANY PAPER NOR TAKEN LOAN ONE HER BAG WAS STOLEN AND CHEQUES WERE IN THAT
your wife signed a mou and took a cash loan then she did not return your money you can file a recovery suit in the civil court it will take 6 months but you will get the result pursue under section 138 of the act as well
