Complaint filed a case for cheque bounce for 1000000rs but I issue. The same cheque for 100000 rs but he demand for ten lakhs letter on he ask cout for correction in complaint to correct ten lakh to one lakh and cout allowed the same in mandate bit I want for revison in session court so in how many day I can appel for revision
The time limit prescribed under the Cr. P. C. for filing of Revision is 90 days from the date of order (excluding the days spent from the date of application for certified copy of the order and till the time the copies are prepared by the copying agency).
In case the same mistake exists in the notice, it does not constitute the offence under Section 138 NI Act, and you deserved to be discharged/acquit.
