Ignoring stages in cheque bounce

Accused not appeared in Court not even once, after sworn statement - Accused not appeared in court, consequently no plea of the accused, case is posted for cross examination of complainant, -? in the absence of accused appearance, in the absence of plea, can the be posted for cross of PW1 - legality - remedy - precedents - request

I should not ignore the case because the conviction will happen the court will pass order if you keep on ignoring you should not ignori conviction will happened in future double of the payment you need to pay

Dear Sir,
Normally, if plea of the Accused is not recorded it cannot be posted for cross examination of PW1. But, it seems some High Court allowed such cross examination but at the end it may not stand to the Judicial scrutiny. However, if you are complainant then just oblige the orders of the Court and get a judgment.
