if you are accused in a cheque bounce case, you should approach to the court with a bail application under section 437 of crpc which after being heard by the concerned court will allow you to file bail bond. the best way to do it easily is to appoint an advocate who can do it on your behalf.

Offence under 138 of NI act is a Bailable offence, which means bail is your right and you will definitely get bail from the concerned court. You need to arrange sureties as per the court, surety means one or two human beings who have to be present in the court at the time of producing bail bond and there names, ID’s and one photo will be attached and they might have to deposit RC, FD or any other documents for moveable or immovable property as per the discretion of court.
