I want to withdraw my bounce check case in dubai

I want to inquire regarding my case, i have a bounce check of AED 3768 last July 2021, but the lady doesn’t want to withdraw the case even if we paid already to her.
Can you help me withdraw my case or is there any options sir/mam? I am in Dubai.
If you are ready to give the amount then there’s no need to stretch the case and the magistrate will also call off to close the case. And if the matter is settled in mediation then there’s can’t be any criminal breach of trust.
