I have to serve nbw but the person not available at home.

I have given loan to one of my friend but now she is refusing to return it back. I have filled a case against her because I took cheques for security purposes. I filled a case against cheque bounced. But still she didn't get back. Now I have to serve nbw but she is not available at home what can I do next?
