i filed a case in April month but no improments in my case

What is the issue first it should be clarified and we have further legal process for that weather the compliant is been lodged or no and what’s the reason for cheque bounce and other things and all , so it can be said that without knowing the exact details of the file can’t say anything over here

Sir, you have not mentioned about the status of the case. You have neither mentioned about the case number nor stage of the case. The cheque bounce cases are presented before the magistrate, after that the court call for sworn statement, after completion of sworn statement , the Hon'ble magistrate pass an order of taking cognizance. Once taking cognizance, the magistrate will issue notice to the accused, after service of notice, court will issue arrest warrant if the accused not turned to the Court. If the accused present before the Honorable Court then he has to take bail and proceed with the matter. thereafter matter will be shut down for plea, after that post the case for cross of cw1, after completion of that stage, matter will be posted for 313 statement, after that case will be reserved posted for defence evidence and cross after that posted for arguments and judgement. what is the stage of the case?
issue NBW and arrest the accused if he is not before the court. You can also make application for the deposit of 20% of cheque amount as interim compensation after the accused is before the court.
