I borrowed 6 Lakhs rupees from a person, I return I had signed a house agreement to their name along with a signed blank cheque leaf. I re-payed the amount of 6 Lakhs back and got the agreement paper back but not the cheque leaf. I am scared that they might misuse the cheque. How to tackle this problem? please guide me.

Dear Sir,

Your apprehension is correct. He may file cheque bounce case by himself by himself or through any of his friend in Bengaluru or in any part of India. You must take precautionary steps by blocking the same with bankers, lodging complaint with police and getting issued legal notice to return the said cheque. Otherwise you are in danger situation.
