I am complainant for 9 lakh rupees cheque bounce case the judgement is out and they have acqitted the accused .can i appeal to the next court and what next please guide us
you can appeal against the acquittal to higher court. first you immediately apply in trial court for certified copies of judgement and entire documents, then get the full file studied by advocate and prepare appeal.

once trial court has been activated for then you go for appeal Session Court for appeal you can file appeal find contest the in appeal and to be stay order for then kotil proceed the matter you have the opportunity for filing appeal in Session Court Court

Dear Sir,
Immediately prefer appeal within 60 days from the date of judgment. If you neglect to prefer appeal then you cannot go in appeal after 60 days. If there is any delay file condonation application under Section 5 of Limitation Act and thus get delay condoned and get registered the appeal.
