Hi,

You can absolutely send Mandatory Legal Notice to him, by approaching a Legal Practitioner, demanding him to pay the Cheque amount within 15 days time. The notice has to be given within 30 days from the date of dishonour of your cheque. If it is within 30 dyas of time, immediately consult a Legal Practitioner to send the notice.

Dear,

You can issue a Legal Notice to the defaulter through a lawyer within 30 days of bouncing of the cheque. Thereafter, if the defaulter does not settle your dues, you can file a cheque bounce case on him within 30 days from the date of receipt of the legal notice by him. Consult a criminal lawyer and proceed further.
