Dear Sir,

Do you have any proof to say that you gave money to the person and he issued the cheque towards repayment of the debt? If yes, put the date on the cheque and present the same with your banker. Then after bouncing of the cheque, send a legal notice to the person through an advocate and demand him to settle the amount. If he doesn't pay, file cheque bounce case against him. Even if you do not have any proof, do as stated above. However, in the absence of any proof, it may be difficult for you to prove that he issued the cheque towards the discharge of his liability. But the burden will be on him to explain why he had issued a cheque. Being a staff of court doesn't mean that he can play with law. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

You have cheque with you. You have the name and address of financier who advanced money to extend financial support to that court employee. Present the cheque, get it bounce, and file the case against him.cite the financier as witness in your complaint. Please meet any advocate to seek help and proceed in the matter. After filing the complaint the said person would come to compromise,
