how to recover a cheque if the payee is not willing to honor.

I have a cheque dt 22-03-2019 for Rs 37.5 lakhs given by a Bangalore based company towards a settlement . i have already informed him that i am going to deposit the cheque at Hyderbad on 16-04-2019 and to keep sufficient amount. In case the if he does't keep sufficient amount to honor the cheque. please let me know what i should do or what should not do.

hello client hello client first you have to send a notice stating that the cheque given by you has been bounds for whatever the reason is then if he does not reply file a case against him for cheque bounce

Hello Vijay Kumar... if not honoured re-submit it... if still not honoured... send a legal notice within a month of bank's note of dis-honour by giving 15days notice period. If he is not responded or denied through a reply notice... file a private complaint before the magistrate under 138 NI Act.
