Q: What rights I will have if I get separated from unemployed husband

Hello.\nI am a working women for central govt with two kids. My husband never provides for our living. I wanted legal separation from him. And he keeps on blackmailing that I wont get anyproperty or alimony if get separated as I am working and he is unemployed.The property is registered in my Mother-in-Law name.\nWhat rights I will have if I get separated from a husband who deliberately doesnt work and puts all burden on me.

Hi, Except your own maintenance, you will get all other rights including the maintenance for kids. Being a father he has an obligation to maintain his kids and you 3 are his legal heirs. Your husband will inherit the ancestral property from his parents. Being his legal heirs, you and your kids will inherit his share.

Q: Want to know am i aligible for govt jobs if i file case on my husband

Sir/mam, my husband was interrupting me and children in leading life.he dinks daily and shouts and beat me and children.he was not support for family needs and eont let me do he blames and douts me.from the first day of marriage he was not mutual and had health problem.i supported and made him to recover but his behaviour is still arrogant.ow i understood i need to take care of childrens future.so i want to file harrassement case aggainist him for the change of his behaviour and for childrens future.is this affects my job trails in government. Am i eligible for govt jobs, if i file a case on him.plz clarify me cause i need to get a job and make the family in order for my children.plz suggest me.

Hello, you can file Domestic violence case against him and seek Maintenance to you and also to children.You can try for Govnt jobs. Your cases on him will not affect your job.Meet a local lawyer and proceed as per his/her advice.

Sir, In my school certificates my caste is mentioned as lingayath kapu. Actually my caste is veerashaiva lingayath. I don't know how to change my caste in school certificates. Is there any solution for this?

if you have a supporting document like your father's cast certificate, approach the concerned official, so that they can change as per your father's certificate. you may need to give an affidavit. actually the caste of any person can't be changed as it is acquired by birth but not by change of religion or by circumstances. so narrate the reasons for wrongly mentioning your caste in the school certificate, you need to prepare an affidavit regarding this

Dear sir my name is salupala Sunil s/o saluplala sadhanandam. I recently applied for the post of RRB GROUP D in the application I mentioned that SUNIL SALUPALA S/O SADHANANDAM. Except this application in every study certificate and all govt proof mentioned that SALUPALA SUNIL S/O SALUPALA SADHANANDAM. I got short listed for the document verification. Hello Sunil... prepare an affidavit on Rs. 20/- stamp paper and submit before the 1st class magistrate of ur area. A local advocate can help u in this. U need to personally present before the magistrate with original identity proof... Its a simple process...but may take away ur entirr day. All the best

Q: how to recover a cheque if the payee is not willing to honor.

I have a cheque dt 22-03-2019 for Rs 37.5 lakhs given by a Bangalore based company towards a settlement . i have already informed him that i am going to deposit the cheque at Hyderbad on 16-04-2019 and to keep sufficient amount. In case the if he does't keep sufficient amount to honor the cheque. please let me know what i should do or what should not do.

Hello Vijay Kumar... if not honoured re-submit it... if still not honoured... send a legal notice within a month of bank's note of dis-honour by giving 15days notice period. If he is not responded or denied through a reply notice... file a private complaint before the magistrate under 138 NI Act.
