How to get recovery from Cheque bounce

I m a complainant as being director of my company i have given Rs 5lac of cheque to a person but his cheque got bounce. Is there any relief which i can get
Kindly call at Eight Nine one zero three two two seven three one. If a cheque is bounced then within thirty days u have to sent a letter of demand on advocate letter pad and wait for thirty days. If within thirty days there is no reply from the defaulter, then u can file a case under 138NI act
