How to file fresh case in covid 19 situation court drop box I.A /C.M.P

Heared only I.A/C.M.P fresh cases is allowed in drop box what about C.C and PCNR in chennai court. Please reply.
Hopefully Not possible because all courts are closed right now physical hearing is not done only virtual hearing take place that to in High court, after lock down relaxation the court resume as well. Trial courts are not functioning to my knowledge.
