How to file case against issuer because he has missing

Issuer has gives cheques to me and has missed ...I don't know where he is currently so how to file case against him...how to get my money back to me...

Hello you can present the cheque in your bank for encashment on the date of presentation of cheque. If cheque bounced you can initiate proceedings u/s 138 Negotiable Instruments Act against person issued cheques to you. if he is missing under relevant provisions of law accused may be declared as proclaimed offender and FIR will be filed against accused under Indian Penal Code.

Don't worry u can file the case and give the notice of the person when the notice served to the accused it is well and good other wise u can file the case and he is the missing don't worry. Court issue the warrant against the accused.

you have two remedy for your recovery of money..first file a cheque bounce case under 148 of N.I act and simultaneously file a recovery suit with interest...mention the last known address of the issuer..once a non-bailable warrant issues against him then police will able to find his wareabouts by linking the chain of events..for more clarification and consulation meet me
