How to defend myself in a cheque bounce case

sir...i give cheque to flat owner for security ...and i pay rent only in cash...as per their request...but now they not give my cheque...i leave their flat....what if they submitt cheque in bank...and bounce cheque if. tell me which types of steps i take if they suit for bounce cheque against me.

No, committed offense given cheque for security, under section 138 of negotiable instrument act. This your defense the cheque bounced case.

Only cheque for given security accused acquittal by court.
