How far it will take for final judgement for checkbounce case in court

I have given RS. 1200000 for 24% interest per annum. For interest amount they have given a check of RS 360000. But it is dishonoured. How can I get my both principal amount and interest. It's been three years waiting for my amount but the borrower extending time simply

hello client you have to file a case in court stating that you are running money lending business you have to file a case in court stating that you check all paid by him and amount good von to him by what men's and the it returns

hi in a cheque bounce case, the defaulter either pays fine or goes to jail. in your case since the interest cheque has bounced and so it will only help partly in your case. you need to file a money recovery suit within 3 years from date of default in a civil court to recover your money (both principal plus interest)
