Judge has issued Rs 10000 bailable warrant, the process of this order is to ensure the other party comes to the court, in case if the other party fail to appear again then Judge may issye bailable warrant to be served through SHO of the local police station, all thse are basically to ensure the other party is present on the next day as he migh be deliberately avoiding the date and obstructing the Court proceeding

First I need to see the order to properly advise. however, as much as I am able to understand, It seems that the Judge has issued a bailable warrant against the accused/respondent. The police authorities if they are able to find him, will arrest that person and he will be given bail on providing a security of Rs.10,000/-. A security can be RC of a bike, car etc. If police doesn't arrest him, then he can appear in court and deposit security and will be given bail on furnishing of bail bonds. However, if doesn't appear than a Non-bailable warrant will be issued and if police finds and arrest him, he can not be given bail by police authorities and only court can grant him bail. He can also file an application for cancellation of bailable or non-bailable warrants before arrest. If security is directed than same is not provided to the other side. The court can also direct him to bring a surety (a person who takes responsibility that the accused will appear before court on the dates fixed). The surety may also be directed to deposit a security.
