Cheque bounce case me Jo summoning order aaya Hai, use high court me challenge Karna padega aur high court se aapko apne cheque bounce case mein stay order Lena padega. Contact a high court lawyer.

Hello,aap apne case main counter file kare aur usme pahle hui poori ghatna ka jikra kare ya direct Hon'ble High court main 482cr.p.c. ki petition file kar k lower court ki prosseding stay karwa sakte hai High court ka Rasta jayada safe hai.... best of luck

Helo..if he has filed a case 138 NI Act in the court then you will hav to appear in the court and would reply back of that allegations properly.you have received a notice form other side or not ? You will hav to produce your evidence in front of the court that cheques have been bounced that hav not been given by you with your willingness. Hav you given any kind of application that you wrote upon this query?
Have you filed any complaint regarding this in front of any authority or police concerned.
If yes then it will definitely help you out in your case and with out notarised any kind of agreement is not valid.thnx

Cheque bounce is offence u/s 138 NI act jis samay cheque liye the apko FIR karani chahiye thi ab aap magistrate ke samksha application de ki cheque blank the writing meri nahi amount mene nahi bhara forensic report ke liye bheje jaye
