How can I sue Embassy Officials for stopping my cheque payment

I supplied some garments to the embassy in new delhi. They gave me a cheque but they stopped the payment on same day... Now they are not paying the payment saying that they r notliking the quality.. what can i do ? How can i get my payments ? I have heard embassies are protected and cant be sued ?

You need not to worry for the same surely you get your amount with interest. You keep invoice and cheque. within one month you have to send notice to the other party after bouncing the cheque and if

Please clarify whether you have billed the embassy for your supplies or to a person ? Also please provide complete details of your transaction with them and the reason they are quoting for non payment. Whatever is the written communication with them, must be informed to us for proper guidance.
