Hello respected lawyers. I'm a small businessman selling jeans fabric cloth for 9 years. 5 month ago my customer bought some fabric cloth amount of 160000 & gave a sign cheque no date or amount in the cheque. His wife also sign a 10 rupee stamp paper with no written in that paper. I've no GST and I my shop bill is not gov registered.It's nearly 5 month he did not pay me any single rupee. Can I fill those cheque to bank? How to recover money from the customer who issue his wife cheque?
send them an advocate notice. if they don't comply institute a money suit against them. get in touch with S S LAW OFFICES by searching Google. keep the cheque and stamp paper handy as it can be used as evidence
