Dear sir my self Nitin Dawkhar I am having running loan with cashe is ECS having bounced due to insufficient balance in account they tried multiple time ECS on particular date of payment as a charged per transaction is 690 approax now they are calling and harassing for payment using abusive language saying we have registered a police complaint and also told we called your all contact including relative friend colleagues I having call details of them can they complaint in police against me

in this case whatever is lending company is doing is illegal.
the lending company cannot initiate criminal action against you
the lending company cannot use abuses etc for recovery

moreover they cannot call your relatives by evading your privacy

if your cheque has been bounced, and if you have the money to pay but need sometime please write it to the holder of the cheque otherwise they will initiate action against you. and file complaint in the magistrate court against you.
