Hand loan without interest and person escaped

In 2019 2 partners told me that they doing LC and for that if we pay bank process amount 15 lakhs they get 25 crores and out of that they will give me loan for 10 crores. I gave them 15 lakhs and two partners gave me cheque for 7.50 lakhs each. One partner mentioned date in his cheque and other partner didn't mentioned date. Now 5th year but they disappeared and only I have proof is their Aadhar Cards. I dropped one partner cheque and its dishonoured and I sent notices but he disappeared.
hi you could file cheque bounce case if the cheque had been dishonoured and you should be able to trace the present address of the complainant and that or lese could opt for alternate mode of service in the cases
