Given money as loan and have 2 blank signed cheques. How do i proceeed

I have given money to a constable lady i took a loan for her of 3 lakhs and she agreed on paying emi s but she has not paid anything after 5 months. And its been 2 years i have been following up. I have been ghosted. But i have 2 blank cheques and photo of her ID card. How to.proceed.
You gave money to her by way of cash or account transfer also how she paid to you by way of cash or account transfer. you can file file recovery of money and also give a legal notice to her by any chance she is department to settle.

hi if you have 2 blank cheques in your hand then you could deposit the cheques in the bank and if she failed to repay then you could file cheque bounce case against such person for failing to comply with directions
