Get rid EMI for a stuck Residential Project in Noida

I booked a under construction flat in Noida, in 2014. Now, the situation is Builder is not responding, there is not constructin work for last two years, a group of buyers including myself have filed case in NCDRC. Another financial lender to builder has filed a insolvency case in NCLT and now NCDRC case is on hold NCLT case for liquidation is going on. I am not sure that I would ever get my flat, I have already paid 50% (approx 25L) on this flat thruogh Monthly EMIs (Axis Bank). Builder has already received 95% of the value of flat from Bank. I am stuck with EMIs and Rent. what are the legal options left for me. I do not want to pay my EMIs now.

Well, you may contact me for RERS case.
I have dealt and required expertise in these cases.
However, you have two options
1. Refund of amount and let builder return the amount to builder directly. After deduction whatever the possibility, you maybreceive certain amount and noc.
2. Ask for compensation and possession. you will have to keep paying emi but builder will compensate you with sbi plr and emi paid amount.

now you need yo immediate issue a legal notice for delay in possession else return back of full amount with interest and need to approach the Hon'ble consumer court to file your suit and a complaint also needs to be filed in RERA, For legal notice drafting you can contact me.
