Friend not giving back borrowed money.
13-Jan-2025 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I gave 1 lakh to my friend six year ago through check, and he gave me signed blank check,but he is not giving back the money. Please guide me.
You should fill the amount and give the cheque for clearance, if there is no sufficient balance it will get bounced, you can then further file a criminal case against him to recover the amount.. the recovery through cheque bounce case has a very good success rate
