Fraud cheque bounce case against gambling money


05-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
made the other party admit that he sing give me the money directly , he gave it to Xyz and Xyz gave it to me and as per him I handed over the cheque to him ,how can he file a case ? I recorded all the conversation, does this case stand ?nMoreover I dint take any money from any money it was a gambling debt and cheque was given for security ? Can I say this in front the judge

hello client aa i can see your issue is really veey much seeious issues in this matter as you are saying tht this is a mattee of gambling for which the cheque was issued and things got pazelled on this matter we can move absard manner we need to move on a way it can help im winning the case.

You you have got all the recording and proof as to why you had given a cheque then it would become easy for you to win your case. And also cheque given as security doesn’t attract section 138 NI Act. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The story n facts which you have mentioned are blur, we need a proper lined up facts to give u guidance on this ….what is the cheque amount ? What kind of gambling was it ..plz brief the fact in more eloquent way .. thanks n b in touch

You have to be very vigilant with your answers with you are providing to the court. the court under section 138 n i act functions in a different manner where the debt or liability has to be prima facie established with respect to the dishonour of cheque . you have to go in defence and ask for the cross examination right of the person so that you can bring forth the fact that he engages into gambling . once it is establish ability can always be the legal liability on the legal death not be proven once this fact come out from his mouth . a personal consultation is always advisable for a better understanding as to the matter and seeing the allegation which have been established in the complaint . wish you all the best and good luck
