Father sold land 3 years back for 24 lacs cheque bounced what to do

My father has sold a land 3 years back for an land agreement of 24 lacs to a lady and she has given 16 lacs on that day by hand itself and for remaining amount she has given a check of 8 lacs dated on 21/7/2017. in the name of her husband. And also mentioned it in agreement also. But the check bounced on due to insufficient funds. My father had already given legal notice of 15 days to her. And she replied giving a false statement that "she had already given a money dated 2/3/2015, 2/7/2015, 2/9/2015 to my father and my father had executed a reciept for that. And also replied that she had given stop payement instruction to bank on 7/1/2017" she and her husband are big fraudster Her husband also owns printing machines he can make duplicates of reciepts also. And now my father is planning to file a compliant to her under 138 ni act how can i get justice in my father case? Please help me.I need some suggestions
