Employer claims employee for borrowing money against cheque deposited

Sir , I worked in institute where one year before he took one cheque leaf with amount of 3lac with no dates for job agreement after one year I left job now they claim of borrowing money of 3lac from the company.... They provide salary in two part one part in the form of cheque and other in cash. for cash part we all employee confirm over salary on writing name with sign ..... Now I think that they will use my cash part as borrowing money. Now I am getting notice for the borrowing money what should I do

In this case you can hire a good lawyer and draft a reply to that notice according to your version of the story. You can also file a civil suit against them if you think any of your right has been violated and if they have already file a suit then you can draft a reply for that suit.

my dear friend, you have to replied to the notice immediately with all facts as you know. what have been written in agreement so in pursuance of that you should have to give reply. if institution has misused your cheque then report to police with all facts. it is provided by the Act relation to cheque bounce case reply to be given within 30 days from dishonoured of the cheque.
