Dear Client,
What are the issues you are facing, you must clarify for answering your query. Information is insufficient you must give full information about total loan, dates of your cheques, what cheques were used and what cheques are to be used and with the bank. Why did you not pay installments regularly. What happened to you for the last 10 months. Whether have you requested the bank authorities for delaying installments payment. What is the future bank action on your non payment of installments etc., Have continuous expert legal advise after furnishing full information.

Dear Sir,

How the bank can deposit cheques in your account when the cheques are not issued by you? The bank can only honor the cheques when they are issued by you. Consult the branch manager of the bank and discuss with him regarding the discrepancy.

Go to your banker personally, disclose your problems and seek time for payment of balance amount due. If you failed to do so, the banker is on upper hand side, they can file cheque bounce cases against you for dishonour of cheques you issued to them. As per your version, you issued the cheques in discharge of legally enforceable debt. Thus, you are bound to honour the cheques. You will fail/defeated in the legal battle.

So, you work hard, repay the entire dues to the bank, by settling the matter at bank itself.
