Does Court Give Acknowledgement For Original Documents Submitted

05-Jun-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Sir , I have filed case under sec 138 & my case is on hearing stage . I have been asked to submit all original documents and cheque in the court. As I know little about the court procedure I wanted to know that does court give acknowledgement for the submitted documents & cheque ? because I fear that if any document or cheque is misplaced or lost in the court then what to do ?

As you said that you matter is on the stage of hearing that means you have furnish your original documents by the way of Affidavit of Evidence. Courts don’t give any acknowledgement per se but don’t worry about your documents as they are the part of Evidence they will be kept with precaution therefore I advise you to furnish your documents before the concerned Court because that is the only way you will served with justice.

PS: Don’t forget to keep 2-4 copies of original documents with you.
