sir some body has filled case under sec 138 on me on that cheque which was reported lost on a year before and it has been informed to bank to stop the payment of lost cheque he has filled a case of sec 138 of rs 2500000/- i had given reply notice that cheque has been lost and u are doing wrong .he has simply attached aledger of outstanding amount showing debit to me .and he has given that he has supplied goods to me which amount is outsatndin no bill , no chalan, no order agreement he has given nothing only a simple ledger what should i do know

As per your statement you have stated therein that your check has been lost and someone blackmailed through Section 138 NIA Act for payment. You have legal right to file criminal case against him under section 403 and 406 of IPC and also quashed the case.
