Court ordered for maintenance but cheque given requires authentication

Rs 5000 is to pay per month in my Dom voilence case. I have deposit check every month in court from January 17. Now I come to know that check deposited on March 17 is not capitalise when I contact my bank it shows that alterations required, drawer authentication. Opposite party has not given me/deposited in court till now. Is it check bounce case. What should I do.

Though, it is to state that firstly your facts are not complete rather before filing the case under Negotiable Instrument Act, you(the payee) will be recieving a "Legal Notice" before a suit is been instituted against you. secondly, if you are terrified that opposite party has filed a case against you or not can be easily known if you have got any "Legal Notice" from the said opposite party.

Moreover, you stated that you deposited the cheques in January 2017, and the cheque that got dishonoured was in the month of March 2017, it is so because the validity of the cheque is of three months. Therefore, this might be the reason, cheque might have got dishonoured. Or else, please mention the date you mentioned in the cheque.
