Company submitted cheque after shut down of the company

Sir i am in hyderabad local i have give one cheque in local cbdaf agency company in jaipur i was given cheque favor of local agency this cheque stoped by 2014 local agency also closed but company deposit my cheque in jaipur no dues in local agency local agency opend in 2014 before that i transaction with compamy only when opend local cndaf agency issue the cheque security perpouse. Be for that som pendind cf form some billes send my office with out metirel i have stoped some c fomes how face this case please advice Thank you.

you issued the cheque in 2014, whether they already filed the case or not if filed what is the status of the case.
if they are not filed any case till now company can't file now,
they have to present the cheque within 3 months from the date of issuance of cheque. verify whether the company followed
all the rules laid down in the N.I.ACT.
you contest the case and can you prove that issued the cheque for the security purpose only.
