Chq issued by NGO bounced, what to do

Want to know whether sec 138 of NI Act 1881 is applicable to NGO also.
Why not? The said section of the act dies not distinguish between individual and NGO. The only difference is tha in in NGO case , signing authority as also the NGO have to impleaded as party. Contact a good lawyer.
