THEN SUCH CHQ DEPOSITED BY HIM AND HE HAS FILED SUIT IN 138 SECTION , THREATS GIVEN ALSO , PICTURES AND ALL PROOF IS THERE , THEN SUCH CHQ WILL COME UNDER SECTION 138
.ALREADY 202 SUIT FILED AGAINST HIM BEFORE HE ISSUED NOTICE .
