Chq Bounce Hearing on 20th Nov

Hi,
I m staying in Mumbai and got a Summon from Ahmedabad session court regarding a Chq bounce of Rs. 95000 of a Finance Company. The first hearing is on 20th Nov in Ahmedabad Court. Actually I availed a business loan frm Dhanvarsha Finvest Ltd last year October and till all EMI cleared through ECS mode but after March19 I had failed those emi through ECS mode due financial crisis as my business got collapsed yet I had paid all the EMI till today in every month delayed by 1-2months. Still that finance company without informing me mis used my security chq and deposited without any notice intimating me regarding the chq. Kindly help me out in this matter as i hav very few days to appear in the court.

plea recording means you will have to state all your defenses before the Magistrate Court staring in the witness box

First of all you have to appear in court and have to furnish bail and have to hand over details of the payments you made and entire details. Once plea get recorded you can bring all things in cross examination and can lead your evidence.
