Cheques bounce and civil case and

Hi can I know what is charges of cheque bounce case.... Some cheques invalid ie out of date. What is total cost of case. 6.5 lakh cheque bounce and 1.5lakh out of date cheques (civil)

first things first..have you sent out the legal notice for cheque bouncing..if the same has been done then in that case where is the complaint filed..charges for cheque of Rs.6.5lakh will be 80k and 1.5 lakh will be 60k

Hi! The first step to proceed and take an action for the cheque bounce case is to send a legal notice which is mandatory.
