Cheque with no date issued as security deposited by friend and bounced

I issued a cheque as security without date to my friend. For a loan taken but no written documents to proof . he deposited without asking me and now it is bounced what legal action can he can take against me. And what to do Please email me reply Thanks In advance

First of alll, you have taken loan from friend . Is there any bank transaction? If it is through bank that you got loan then he will claim money from you. If the said cheque is bounced from your account, he will file cheque bounce case against you.

if any person holding Bank cheque of Your account legally and with your knowledge, Then you must be bounded to pay him Money, whether it is blank or not, dated or not, if he deposit in the bank and bounced, it will be on you to clarify.
