CHEQUE PAYMENT STOPPED MATTER TO BE SETTLED

My son joined a company, they have taken signature on blank stamp paper and now claiming that he signed job agreement for 4 years, they have also taken a blank cheque at the time of joining. after 2 and half years he resigned, the co. has sent legal notice demanding amount and also presented the cheque, for which the payment was stopped. both agreed to settle the matter but the Co want payment in other account, they have not sent notice demanding cheque amount ,how to proceed in the matter now.

hi first need to see the contents of the notice received from him and if they are based on all false allegations then you could reply to such nptice denying them all and how they cheated you by taking signatures
