Cheque Issued of an Unknown Person

18-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hi Sir, I have got a cheque from a person who had to pay me money and now he is absconding. The cheque which he has given not belongs to him. It belongs to some unknown person. It was a shock to me and I failed to understand it at the time of receiving cheque. I went and verified that account has no balance. What should be done now? Pls advise....

Dear Sir
You have two options. One to file cheque bounce case on the person to whom it belongs.
Secondly cheating case on the absconding oerson. You may also file civil suit. You will win if any of the two have property. Please come to my office for more guidance.
