Cheque Issued of an Unknown Person

Hi Sir,
I have got a cheque from a person who had to pay me money and now he is absconding. The cheque which he has given not belongs to him. It belongs to some unknown person. It was a shock to me and I failed to understand it at the time of receiving cheque. I went and verified that account has no balance. What should be done now? Pls advise....
then you can file case against him 420 cheating case in concern police station better police will call him they can do try to recover otherwise they will register criminal case against him then he will give money
