Cheque has dishonoured: Reason: Payment stopped by drawer

Hello sir,
A person has issued a cheque of rupees 2 lacs and before depositing it in the bank, he has stopped the cheque and I have deposited the cheque in the bank and it has returned with the reason: CHEQUE DISHONOURED- PAYMENT STOPPED BY THE DRAWER.
Please let me know how can I move forward for the legal proceedings.

hello client first you need to send him a notice after that if he does not reply to the notice you have to file a case against him for the dishonour of cheque the court will send him notice the appear
