Cheque given by husband to friend got bounced, please advise.
30-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My husband has given a cheque to his friend a year ago. He got to know that there is No amount in that account. He took some statement from that bank and warned my husband. I'm worried about it please tell me what about is that?
Pls give stop payment and keep it , Issue legal notice to your husbands fried to return the said un dated/blank/non mentioning of amount of that cheque , with details and you have burdan what way the said chsque hand over to your husband , must explain .
