Cheque bounce due to drawers signature mismatch. What are all req to send notice to the issuer like any specific format for notice or it should be sent throgh lawyer notice?
Sir you have to send him a notice through a lawyer you cannot send him a regular notice and the notice should be send to him within 1 month from the date of receipt of memo for bounce of cheque and the same shall be produced in the court of law
