Cheque bounced without giving any further intimations

I had issued a cheque dated 30th of april 2019,I had instructed the drawer to present cheque based on my instructions, but drawer presented cheque without my instructions nd blackmailing me that I ĺl take severe actions. So I m worried what can further can be done? We need to give him 3lakhs of rupees. Now we had become completely insolvent, so need further suggestion. Please help me.
Is there any document to show that you have directed not to present the cheque? As of now you must approach court and apply for bail to avoid nbw. The Complainant needs to comply with section 138 to succeed in a cheque bounce case.
