Cheque bounce , notice issued and response also received.

The cheque was dishonoured and notice has been sent and reply also recieved from the accused stating that cheque is not mine.Later, instead of filing case we have presented the cheque again and it is also bounced..we have send second notice again...is that right what we did..is there any issue
Only one notice is sufficient for filing a criminal case since earlier notice was sent then second dishonor is not valid... you can now only initiate civil legal action against the person whose cheque is dishonored

there was no necessity to bounce it again you had to file the case in the court for which reason the cheque got bounced it is only a formal procedure to send legal notice in cheque bounce caese and need to follow that
