i gave money to an institute off 40 thousand for training but he is not giving training to us from past three months and i asked to give money he returned the money in cheque and told to put in bank and it was bounced and wat i should do to get mony sir can u help me sir pls

Send a Legal Notice to the Institute through a lawyer and demand the amount under cheque by giving them 15 days to make the payment. If after receiving the said notice, they make the payment fine, else, file a cheque bounce case in the concerned magistrate court under whose jurisdiction the cheque was bounced. You have to file case against him and first you have to issue legal notice within one month from the date of receiving intimation from the bank 2. Than you have to file case after laps of 15days before court of law
