CHEQUE BOUNCE IN CASE OF MISSING PERSON

I HAVE GIVEN TOTAL Rs. 5.50 LAC TO A PERSON WITHIN PERIOD OF 2 YEARS (CASH).HE GIVEN ME BLANK CHEQUE. NOW HE HAS LEFT THE PLACE. I HAVE HIS PERMANENET ADDRESS ONLY WHICH 1500 KM FROM MY RESIDENCE. MORE OVER HE HAS NOT BACK TO HIS NATIVE VILLAGE. HE IS WORKING SOME WHERE ELSE. HIS FAMILY MEMBER MIGHT KNOW. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RECOVER MY MONEY? REGRADS VIKAS SHARMA

Hi, if you have cheque of his account. You must file the complaint against him u/s 138 NI act. Other wise your cheque will be no use. Later on we will try to serve the notice at his address and if not appeared pronounce him PO from court. Kindly contact for more discussion.
