Hi there! Sir, first you need to take the court bail after that depending upon the merits of your case the defence shall be discussed. If you wish you may consult me in that regard, as it is not possible to tell you everything here on chat box.

You need to appear before the Ld. Court once the summons are received by you. It would be better if a lawyer accompany you to the Court. If you refrain from appearing before the Court, the Court may issue adverse Orders against you.

Hello In a case under Section 138 of the NI Act or a cheque bounce case, you will need to obtain bail before the trial proceeds. I'd like to know from which court you've received the summons. Could you share the summons via WhatsApp? Have you received a copy of the complaint? The court may also ask you to submit a Section 145(2) application in the next hearing. Regards, Advocate Jayatee Chatterjee
